In 1984, Simin completed degrees in Bachelor of Science and also studied Oracle DBA and Programming, Certified Web Designer, and MCSE in 2001-2003. She worked as a Regional Sales Director for Travel Industry Sales and Marketing and then decided to become a Realtor in 2003. Simin grew up in Fairfax, and Loudoun County, Virginia and attended Northern Virginia Community College, Loudoun County Campus when she finished high school.
